(For the record, France has long since been using the correct Japanese names.) This was done to preserve continuity between the dubs of three series, however this also means that some of the franchise's signature words like "Saiyan" are never spoken in any of the Hungarian dubs. Due to executive pressure from the distributors, the Hungarian dub kept some of the now infamous French-derivative names and other errors from their old dubs of Dragon Ball: Doragon bôru (1986) and Dragon Ball Z: Doragon bôru zetto (1989), which were originally taken from the AB Groupe's childish, mistake-filled French dubbing.
